Center for Climate, Energy, and Security

The Center for Climate, Energy, and Security (CCES) at the Asian School of Governance is a hub for research, policy innovation, and capacity-building at the intersection of climate change, energy security, and geopolitical stability. We work with governments, international organizations, businesses, and civil society to co-create solutions that ensure sustainable energy transitions, enhance climate resilience, and safeguard security in the Asia-Pacific region and beyond.

Our Mission

Our mission is to drive transformative policies and strategies that address the complex interdependencies between climate change, energy systems, and security dynamics. We aim to strengthen governance, improve resilience, and foster collaboration to mitigate risks and harness opportunities in a rapidly changing global landscape.
